Transitional Living Program (TLP) is offered through the Benton & Franklin Department of Human Services (BFDHS) to homeless or pending homeless individuals with a mental illness diagnosis.  The program consists of 10 housing units with a capacity for 22 adult individuals and is short term transitional housing for up to six months.
