Hospice at the Chaplaincy

Hospice care is for anyone, of any age, in the advanced stages of a life-limiting illness. Pain and symptom management along with emotional support helps patients live the remainder of life with dignity and comfort. Care is provided in the patient's home, wherever that may be (nursing home, adult family home or assisted living facility) and is available to anyone regardless of their ability to pay.
